That's what I was afraid of. It seems that whatever has happened has somehow disrupted their ability to maintain the status quo within the barrier. I am most concerned about the potential for members of the Third Party to take advantage of this while the barrier is weakened-- even with our powers fully returned, this current state of chaos would make it difficult for us to fend them off.

We'll have to keep an eye on the barrier, then. Make sure it isn't breached entirely.
