Aug. 28th, 2008 01:09 pm[somewhere in the afternoon, Yuan steps into the local teashop, where he'd agreed to meet Watari. As he realizes the other man hasn't arrived yet, he takes a seat at the most distant, obscure table to keep an eye on the entrance.
Why had he agreed to meet this guy, again? Oh, right, council discussion. Considering the general lack of interest from most of the citizens (why is he not surprised?), it'd be best to plan these things out in more detail. Unless more people participate, this council idea is bound to fail miserably. Then again, some might not even notice Luceti has a council when the time comes.]
