Nobody said anything about protecting you. That aside, even a few months should be enough to inform you about the sort of place Luceti is. We are being experimented upon without mercy, used as expendable soldiers in a war and residents have a tendency to disappear from this place when you least expect them to.

Living here is completely meaningless and the sooner we leave, the better.
