[Yuan's returned from the draft, only to find his house in shambles. Sliced armchairs, lacerations in the wall, upturned furniture, broken floors thanks to Ground Dasher magic... And of course his curtains have been torn. The damn curtains always get damaged. The room he just finished redecorating is a lost cause. Hopefully, the Malnosso will fix the brunt of the damage.
It's not hard to tell who caused this mayhem. The sword Yuan confiscated from Mithos a few months ago is gone, and besides, no one else would be stupid enough to break into his house. His hands shaking with anger, he hastily throws up a filter. Not a perfect one, but at this point he doesn't care if someone actually bothers to hack it.]
[Mithos]
Mithos! You- Who do you think you are?! If you dare to break into my house again, you're dead!
[Action]
[And shortly after this, he discovers that one of his most important possessions is gone. The jewelry box is still in his room, lying on the floor underneath a window, but the contents are gone. That's why anyone passing by house #8 will see Yuan kneeling on the ground outside, searching frantically through what's left of the snow. Very frantically. The chances that Mithos actually tossed his precious rings out the window are very slim, but he has to try.]
Damn it all! Where are they?!

And to think someone as childish as you managed to keep Cruxis running for that long. Of course, you had Kratos and myself do most of the w- [He cuts off abruptly when he finally manages to push his way into his bedroom, only to greet utter chaos. It's like a hurricane hit.]
... Fuck!

You shouldn't be so shocked by the results of your impudence/

Please hold while Yuan crawls across the ground on all fours, shoving random things aside in search of a jewelry box.]

And he hears you frantically digging through the debris over there, Yuan. It's an agreeable mental image, well-suited for a traitorous dog.]

[Poor Yuan is now lying flat on his stomach and desperately trying to reach underneath his wardrobe, in hopes of finding something there. It's a good thing Mithos can't actually see him- the situation is already embarrassing enough.]
[voice - filtered]
How many times must I tell you that I don't take orders from traitors?
[voice - filtered]
Don't think I'll hesitate to return the gesture when you get sent away for a while. [Oh, look, there's the box. Yuan gets to his feet and strides across the room, towards the window, to retrieve it.]

You- Where did you- [He takes a deep breath that fails to steady him.] Did you take the rings?
[voice - filtered]
What would I want with something so thoroughly repulsive?
[He had taken one look at the inscription in the rings and instantly felt strangled by a deep contempt and overwhelming fury. "Eternal"? What was so "eternal" about it? Eternity didn't end before 4000 years was up. Prior to discovering the rings, he had inflicted relatively little damage on Yuan's house. The sight, the mere existence of those two small rings had incurred the brunt of the destruction.]
[voice - filtered]
Then he found out the hard way what a stupid idea that was. Even so, he still couldn't bring himself to get rid of the rings. He hid them away in a drawer, a tiny part of him still hoping that some day they could be put to good use.]
Where did you leave them?!

For her sake? What a joke! It was all for you! If you really cared about her feelings, you would've let her have her rest instead of forcing her to suffer for four thousand years! And don't even try to delude yourself otherwise, Mithos! She suffered greatly.

[He shakes his head fervently, his voice turning into a deadly hiss.] You were wrong, Mithos. You were wrong then and you're still wrong now.
