[After the appearance of one of his 'old friends', Yuan has become extra cautious. He knows he can't avoid Mithos forever, but he sure as hell can try. At least until he's had a chance to discuss the matter with Kratos. That's why, as he makes his way through the village early in the morning, he may seem even more on edge than usual. Eyes shifting around suspiciously, occasionally throwing a glance over his shoulder, you know the drill.

Feel free to stop him anyway! He's headed for Kratos' house, but he'll stop by Raine's place while he's at it. This is partly to get her opinion on the situation and partly to see how she's doing.]

[After a bit of a delay, Yuan finally arrives at Kratos' house. He knocks curtly, before turning on the spot to gaze into the village perimeter again. There'll be trouble if Mithos followed him here, but so far he hasn't seen the kid around.]

Think I'm gonna jump you or something?

[His gaze immediately snaps up to meet Sheena's. Dammit woman, don't sneak up on him like that! He's so focused on trying to sense Mithos' manasignature, it's tougher to see other people coming.]

It's not you I'm worried about.

I figured. ...I didn't answer him.

He'll find out we're here sooner or later.

Good morning! [Remember this one, Yuan?] You look much better now.

[Oh, he remembers, alright. He just has no clue what her name is. Did she ever introduce herself in the first place?] ... It's you.

Hello! [She looks momentarily puzzled.] Oh dear, it seems I've forgotten your name.

[Diana always gets the sucky patrol shifts, so she's flying around the village at the crack of dawn. Even from the sky, she can see that Yuan's acting a little weirdly, so she lands a few feet in front of him with a concerned expression on her face.]

Yuan? Is there something wrong?

[Yuan saw her approach a while before she touches the ground, which is probably a good thing because if he'd been caught offguard, he might've accidentally tried to attack her.]

... It's nothing. [At least, he hopes it's nothing.]

... A small problem arose with one of the New Feathers. I'm taking care of it.

[Giles spots Yuan on his way to the library that morning. And pauses]

[Ah look, another familiar face. Though by now, Yuan is wondering just how conspicuous his behavior is, if so many people are picking up on it. He stops walking, trying to seem as nonchalant as possible.]

What makes you say that?

I just got the sudden impression that you were expecting to be attacked by vampires.

[Oh look, Yuan. Look who's walking in the road up ahead. It's just who you wanted to see, isn't it? Mithos has already ditched his New Feather garb for his own familiar clothes, which had been conveniently located nearby when he arrived in Luceti. The previous night, during which Mithos discovered (much to his annoyance) that sleep is not only possible now but a necessity, was spent in the woods. This morning, he has wandered into the village to search for, of all things, food. It's all annoyingly pathetic. He may have calmed down somewhat since his arrival, but he is still very tense inside and very, very volatile. The trivialities of a mortal body are certainly not helping. He has one good thing going for him though, and that is that he hasn't noticed Yuan...yet.]

[It's a good thing Yuan's been trying to sense Mithos' mana signature. Once he picks up on it and pinpoints where it's coming from, he's sure to hide himself behind a nearby building and mask his own signature as much as possible. It's not foolproof; a mana signature can't be completely hidden, but as long as Mithos isn't specifically looking for it, he may not notice it.]

[Mithos pauses a moment, sensing...something. Something unusual. He cannot quite put his finger on it just yet... Stopped in his tracks, he carefully looks around. No one around: he hasn't seen a single person in this village. But he can't rid himself of the feeling that someone is nearby. He focuses his senses. ....Yes, someone is definitely there. Mithos begins walking in the direction in which he senses the other presence.]

[Raine probably won't be the one to let him in, but she will be resting in the sitting room with a book when he arrives, looking pale and tired - but it's not like that is unexpected.]

[Yuan wasn't entirely sure what to expect. The Malnosso are usually very diverse in their experiments, ranging from returning someone in a fit condition to returning someone who's near death. Granted, going by Raine's message when she returned, at least he knew she'd be conscious.]

How are you feeling?

[It's Yuan. Should she be honest or not honest or does it not even matter - though the former might send him into a shock. She's not sure she really has an answer though. Managing? Dealing? She shakes her head.]
