[Anyone who happens to be out in the village can see Yuan striding by in a swift pace. He seems to be determinedly ignoring the existance of a tiny, greyish owlet that's zooming after him, chirping excitedly and trying to claw at his hair. Of course, because all villagers have the uncanny ability to understand what animals say, one will be able to hear the word "Blue" repeated over and over in that chatter.

If he can just make it home, perhaps he can slam the door in the creature's face and be rid of it for good.]

[He looks a bit skeptical, but he gives the bird a look. Then a short whistle, just to see what it does.]

[The owlet looks up from trying to nip at Yuan's ear and playfully gives a sort of whistle in response. Then she ruffles her feathers and settles down again. She looks far too content on Yuan's shoulder to move.]

[Pffft. He raises a brow at the reaction, then turns his attention back to Yuan.] I believe you have a new friend.
