Passenger cars, generally larger vehicles that can fit 4 to 6 people, have a speedometer that hits 150mph, though few try to go that fast and for good reason; steering can get touchy when at a high speed, which leads to some pretty horrible accidents, not to mention the engine could sputter out on ya. Ain't pretty, seen it happen.
